1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Hey Mora (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The service

Hey Mora lets you scan rooms, receive design suggestions generated on your device, and preview furniture in augmented reality. The App requires a compatible iPhone with a LiDAR scanner and a supported version of iOS.

3. Your account

Some features require signing in with Apple. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Misuse or interfere with other users' access to the App.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the rooms, notes, and photos you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync that content so the App can provide its features to you.

6. Design suggestions

Mora's suggestions are provided for inspiration and convenience. They are generated automatically and offered "as is" without any guarantee of suitability. Use your own judgment before making purchases or changes to your home.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hey Mora will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
