Hey Mora needs an iPhone with a LiDAR scanner (iPhone 12 Pro or later Pro models) and a supported version of iOS. Room scanning and on-device advice rely on hardware that isn't available on all devices or in the simulator.
Scanning needs a LiDAR-equipped iPhone and camera permission. You can grant camera access in iOS Settings → Hey Mora.
No. Scans, photos, and Mora's advice are processed on your device. Only the rooms you choose to save sync to your account. See our Privacy Policy.
Open the app and go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and every room and suggestion tied to it. You can also email us to request deletion.
